Dear Mr. Kleats:

My name is Carmen George and I have attended a few of my daughters soccer practices,I appreciate the time you give to be with the kids and couch them on a daily basis. I have a few concerns on some of your actions during most of those practices. I under stand that it is indeed quite difficult to maintain a large number of children and to keep everything organized.

I noticed that you will arrive late to a practice which makes it so practice is not over until a later time. Also the practices tend to be unorganized maybe if you got some of the parents or even hire a co-coach to help with keeping everything organized. Some of the team members have very little playing time, i find this unfair and i suggest that you make a time limit for each player so then everyone can get a chance at playing. I also recognized the fact that you often tend to yell at the players, once again i understand that it is diffucult to keep children at that age focused and on task but if you took a lighter tone you might get a better result do to the fact that kids like to rebel against most order. You also seem to put alot of emphasis on winning, these kids need to understand that winning isnt everything and that there here to have fun.

Sincerely,
Carmen S. George

  1. 2 of 3 assignments complete. Nice diplomatic tone for the letter. Good detail in your song analysis. Both need extensive proofreading for basic mechanical errors such as lower case i's and capitalization.
